Acai Berry Nutrients
While everyone is raving on about how many ways that this superfood can help you with your health and saying that it is due to it’s high nutrition levels not many are actually telling you what the nutrients are that are held within the fruit itself and essentially in layman’s terms what this can do for us. Acai fatty acid rations are shown to be similar to that of olive which is believed to be one of the reasons why there is so little incidence of heart disease in the Mediterranean countries.
